HP Laserjet Pro m404dn Wireless Setup

 On the control panel of the HP LaserJet Pro M404DN setup, tap the Wi-Fi Direct icon.

Select the Setup icon.

If the Wi-Fi Direct option is disabled, enable it.

Open a web browser on your computer.

Type the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your printer in the address field and tap the Search button.

Now the EWS Home page appears on the screen.

Go to the Home tab in the Wi-Fi Direct section.

Configure the connection type as you desire, and tap Apply to save the settings.

Click the Start menu or Windows icon on the control panel of the HP Laserjet M404DN printer.

Go to Settings and click Devices. Select Printers & Scanners --> Devices.

Choose Add a Printer or Scanner --> Show Wi-Fi Direct Printers.

Choose your printer name and click Add Device.

Now a PIN appears on the control panel of the HP Laserjet M404DN printer.

Type the PIN when your system prompts.
