  Check the connection between your printer and computer. Check if the printer and computer are connected to the same network of a router or access point. Select the  Start menu  on your computer. Search for Control Panel and select it. Go to  Devices and Printers . Right-click on your printer name. Select  See What’s Happening . Click the Use Printer Online option and fix the offline issue.
