Printer Setup and Support

Open the shipment box and take all the accessories out from it. Gently take the printer out from the box. Remove all the tapes and packing materials  from the outside and inside of the printer. Check whether all the accessories are delivered to you without any damage. Connect your printer to an electrical source using a power cord. Set the preferences on the control panel once the printer’s display turns On. Pull the input tray out and load some plain papers in it. Push the input tray into the printer. Open the ink cartridge access door. Insert the cartridge into the respective slot after removing the packing from it. Shut the ink cartridge access door and the scanner lid. Print an alignment page to check the ink flow.

Unpack the printer and check if all the accessories enlisted are available in the carton. Plug in the printer’s power cable into the wall socket and switch it on. Make use of the included USB cable to connect the computer and the printer. Add your printer to the Devices option on your computer. Configure the basic settings such as language, time, and date on the printer. Hold up for the carriage within the cartridge access door to move to the center of the printer. Strip open the ink cartridge without touching its electrical contacts. Load the cartridges in their respective colored slots. Feed fresh printing papers into the input tray. Align the paper guides with the paper. Download and install the 123.hp.com/envy7155 printer driver files. The printer is all set to print documents now.
