  Remove the printer driver on your computer. Download and launch the recently released printer software. You can get the software from this site for free. Remove the cartridges from the printer. Check for an ink clog or damage on the cartridge. Clean the ink clog using a lint-free cloth dipped in distilled water or glass cleaner.
