Resolving Wi-Fi Connection Issues On HP Laptop Turn your laptop on and type troubleshooting in the search field. Click Troubleshooting. Select the Network and Internet option followed by Internet Connections. Select Advanced and click Next in the Internet Connections dialog box. Click Run as administrator and select the Apply repairs automatically checkbox. Give a click on Troubleshoot my connection to the Internet option and select Next. Follow the prompts. Reinstall the Wireless network if the issue persists. Update the wireless network drivers if the above steps did not resolve the issue.
