Delete the printer software on your computer. Tap the Windows + R keys on the keyboard of the computer. Type Printui/s/t2 and press Enter. Click on the software of your printer. Tap the Remove button. Click Remove Driver and Driver Package and tap OK. Download & install the recent version of the printer software.
