How to Get Back Online on Canon Printer Offline
You have to check your Canon printer's status if the offline printer message is displayed on the connected computer. If the printer is turned off, connect the printer's power cord correctly and power up the printer. Verify whether you have properly connected the printer to the computer. Use only the standard cables while connecting the printer to other devices. For some Canon models, the USB cable will be provided along with the printer.
