Lexmark B2865dw Offline
Changing the printer status from offline to online: On your Windows computer, open the Control Panel window and go to the Printers and Faxes section. Right-click the Lexmark B2865dw setup icon and choose the Use Printer Online option. Try to print and check if the printer offline problem is resolved. Default Printer: If another printer is set as a default one on your computer, set the Lexmark B2865DW printer as default. Locate the Lexmark B2865DW printer icon, right-click on it, and select the Set as Default Printer option from the context menu. Pause Printing: Remove the checkmark beside the Pause Printing option.
