Printer Setup and Support

  Click the Start menu on your computer. Select the Devices and Printers option. Right-click the name 123.hp.com/setup 5055. Click on the See What’s Printing option. If the message displays that the printer is in offline mode, select the word Offline. Click the Printer menu and un-check the checkbox of the Use  Printer Offline option.

If the message displays that the printer is in offline mode, select the word HP Envy 5055 Offline . Click the Printer menu and uncheck the checkbox of the Use  Printer Offline option.
