Printer Setup and Support

Unseal the HP OJ 4000 Printer Box Once you get the printer from the manufacturer, ensure that the manufacturer’s seal is present. Unseal the box and open it. Verify if the printer components are provided in it. Take the printer components and place them on a dust-free surface. Remove the Packing Materials from the Printer Peel off  the protective tapes from the printer. Remove the packing materials from inside & outside of the printer. Connect the Power Cable Unpack the power cable given in the printer box. Link the cable to the HP Officejet 4000 printer and power supply. Note:  Do not link the cable to a surge protector as it may cause power fluctuations. Power Up the HP Officejet 4000 Printer Turn on the HP Officejet 4000 Setup printer by force pressing its power button. Set your preferences on the control panel of the printer.
