HP Officejet Pro 6960 Factory Reset
Various reasons are there as to why you should do a factory reset on your printer. For factor resetting procedure, read the instructions below. Press the Return icon three times from the Home screen of your printer. Wait for the Support Menu to display. Tap the Menu and choose the Resets Menu using the up or down arrow keys and press OK. From the two options that appear on the screen, select Partial reset or Semi-Full reset. After choosing an option, press OK. Your printer shuts down in a while and after you restart, the issue must resolve.
