HP Officejet Pro 3610 Scanner Issue

  If your printer does not scan, check if it is a network related issue or the scanner glass. Keep the  HP Print and Scan Doctor  diagnostic tool installed on your HP Officejet Pro 3610 Printer Setup. Launch it and from the Welcome screen, click Fix Scanning issues. You might be seeing a few symbols or icons after the tool diagnoses and fixes the issue. In that, whichever requires the user action, should be performed by you following a set of prompts that display. Sometimes, if there is an object that obstructs the scanner glass, then clean the engraved guides and see if you can scan from your printer. Check the power source of the printer as sometimes, if the cable connection is loose, then it can also be a reason.
