HP Envy 7640 Scan Issue
Ensure the scanner bar is functioning properly. Check the scan settings. Restart your printer and computer. Go to Applications --> Hewlett-Packard --> HP Utility. Select Settings --> Scan to Computer. Check if the checkbox of Enable Scan to Computer option is enabled. If the HP Envy 7640 scanning issue persists, get in touch with our customer support team.
