Printer Setup and Support

      This issue can be overcome by going through the steps below. Make sure your  123.hp.com/oj2620  printer is turned on. Perform the steps on the control panel of your computer. Select Devices and Printers and choose your printer. Right click on it and uncheck the Use Printer Offline option. Now start printing. If this doesn’t help, check if the printer is in sleep mode. If so, press any button to activate it. Also, check whether the Wi-Fi feature of the printer is active.

  The offline issue occurs due to an improper connection between your printer and computer. If you connect the devices using a wireless connection, ensure your printer and computer are linked to the same network of a router or access point. Also, check if the router provides an active internet connection. For the wired connection, check if the  USB cable  is linked to the respective port of the printer and computer. Check the power connection of the printer. Do not make the power connection using a surge protector as it may cause power fluctuations.
