Samsung M2021 Offline

 

  1. Ensure that the Samsung Xpress M2021 Setup printer is powered ON.
  2. Check if the printer & computer are connected either using a wired or wireless connection.
  3. Open the Control Panel option on your computer and select Devices and Printers.
  4. Right-click on your printer name and select See What’s Printing.
  5. Tap Printer present at the top left corner of the window.
  6. Ensure that the Use Printer Offline option is unchecked.
  7. Delete the Samsung Xpress M2021 Setup printer software on your computer.
  8. Download & launch recently released printer driver on your computer and check if the offline issue is fixed.
