HP Laserjet MFP M776ZS Fax

 Make sure to configure the fax settings before sending a fax from the HP Laserjet MFP M776ZS printer.

The original document to be faxed needs to be placed either on the scanner glass or in the document feeder.

The fax side should face-up in the document feeder and face-down on the scanner glass of the HL Laserjet MFP M776ZS printer.

On the HP Laserjet M577Zs printer’s LCD panel, find the Fax icon and tap it.

If prompted, provide the username and password.

Type the recipient’s fax number using the keypad or specify it in the Contact list.

To use the predefined settings, select the Load option followed by the Quick Set option.

You can see the Quick Sets list displayed on the HP Laserjet MFP M776ZS printer’s display panel.

From this Quick Sets list, select the Load option.

To customize the other fax settings, select the Options option and set resolution, sides, and content orientation as per your requirement.

Once done, the HP Laserjet MFP M776ZS printer displays the prompt message on the LCD panel.

Select the Done option followed by the Send option to start sending the fax.
