HP Officejet Pro 6970 Not Scanning
- Ensure the scanner components are working properly.
- Remove the original document from the printer if any.
- Lift the scanner lid and tap the Copy button.
- Ensure the scanner light is sliding properly.
- Reset your HP Officejet Pro 6970 Printer Setup.
- Install and run the HP Print and Doctor app to solve the scanning issues.
- Delete the printer driver on your computer and install the recent version of it.
