  1. Check the connection between your HP OJPro6835 printer & computer.
  2. If you connect the devices using the wireless connections, ensure the printer and computer are connected to the same network of a router or access point.
  3. Also, check if the router provides an active internet connection.
  4. For connecting the devices using a wired connection, check if the USB cable is linked to the respective port of the printer and computer.
  5. Delete the printer software on your computer or laptop.
  6. Reinstall the current version of the full-featured printer driver on your computer.
