  1. Check if the ink cartridges are inserted in the corresponding slots.
  2. It is recommended to use genuine ink cartridges to get rid of the printing issues.
  3. Check the ink level of the cartridges.
  4. You can purchase genuine cartridges from the manufacturer’s store.
  5. Remove the cartridges from the HP printer and check for ink clogs & damage on them.
  6. If there is any ink clog, clean it using a lint-free cloth with distilled water.
  7. Replace the cartridges if they are damaged.
  8. Check if the input tray is loaded with suitable papers.
