HP Officejet 3830 Not Copying
- If the issue is with copying, then first check if the device is turned on.
- Check if you have loaded appropriate and enough paper.
- Ensure that you are not performing the copy task when your printer is doing another job.
- Clean the dust on ADF if any, else, reset your printing system.
- If the issue is scan related, then check if your printer has connected to a network.
- Try enabling the Scan to Computer feature on your printer’s control panel if you have linked to a Windows system.
- Reboot the router, printer, and computer and see if you can scan.
- If you are performing the scan using an application, close it and then open; try to Scan now.
