HP Officejet 2621 Offline

 

  1. The first and best method to overcome the offline issue with your HP Officejet 2621 printer is to install and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor software.
  2. Launch the tool and click on Fix Printing issues diagnoses the network connectivity drops.
  3. It automatically fixes the problems if any and in case, manual intervention is required, you can follow the notifications on the same and can rectify it.
  4. Go to the control panel of your Windows computer, click Settings and then Network Settings.
  5. Under the Printer option, check whether the status is set to Printer Offline or Online.
  6. If it is Offline, enable it to Online and check if the problem is resolved.
  7. If these steps are not helping, then resetting the printer would be an ideal solution.
