HP Laserjet 2420 Printer Offline

 

  •     Power on the HP Laserjet 2420 printer by pressing the Power button.
  • Load sufficient papers into the paper input tray.
  • Install the toner ink cartridge into the ink cartridge chamber.
  • Wait until the HP Laserjet 2420 printer is silent before you perform to the next step.
  • With the printer powered on, detach the power cable from the printer and the power supply.
  • Wait for 10-15 seconds and proceed to re-establish the connection.
  • Plug in the power cord back into the electrical outlet and the printer.
  • Press the Power button and power back the printer.
  • The factory defaults will be restored on your 123.hp.com/lj2420 printer and try to print a sample page.
