HP Envy Photo 7855 Scanner Not Connecting

 

  1. Restart your printer and Mac device.
  2. Double-click on the Macintosh HD option on your Mac device.
  3. Select Applications --> Hewlett-Packard --> HP Utility.
  4. Go to Scan Settings and select the Scan to Computer option.
  5. Ensure the checkbox of Enable Scan to Computer is enabled.
  6. Perform a scan function and check if the issue is solved.
  7. If the problem persists, network and connection status of the HP Envy 7855 printer.
