HP Envy Photo 7120 Printer Offline

 

  1. The HP Envy 7120 printer offline problem happens due to an improper connection between the devices.
  2. Check the link between your printer & computer.
  3. Ensure that the printer and computer are connected to the same network of a router or access point.
