HP Envy Photo 6222 Paper Jam

 

  1. Check for paper jams in the printer parts like the input tray, output tray, and ink cartridge access door.
  2. Ensure that the HP Envy Photo 6222 printer is turned on.
  3. Open the access door present at the top of the printer.
  4. After opening the door, the carriage slides and settles at its place.
  5. Wait until the carriage becomes idle.
  6. Check if the carriage is sliding properly.
  7. Unplug the power cable from the Envy printer and electrical outlet.
  8. Wait for a few minutes.
  9. Connect the cord back to the printer and power supply.
  10. Check if the paper jam issue is solved.
