HP Envy 120 AirPrint Not Working

AirPrint not working issue on your Envy 120 printer arises when you try to connect your printer to AirPrint and it displays that No AirPrint Printers found. You can easily resolve the problem with the steps provided below.

  1. Sometimes, if there is a variation in the signal frequency or the printer cannot attain the required network signal, you may not be able to connect to AirPrint.
  2. To overcome this, try to keep the network device (router) close to your HP Envy 120 printer. Ensure that the frequency of the router is set to 2.4GHz.
  3. Check whether your printer and the device you use for printing is on the same network and reboot all devices such as a router, printer, and computer.
  4. If you have installed the full feature driver, then check whether there are any updates for your HP Envy 120 printer released by the manufacturer.
  5. If so, update the latest firmware of the printer.
  6. Verify if there is a firmware update for your Apple device that is not letting you connect to the AirPrint-enabled printer. If so, update it to the latest.
  7. Make sure if the AirPrint feature is enabled. Print a network test page to view the IP address of the printer so that you can access the EWS page.
  8. Enter the printer’s IP address on an internet browser and hit Enter so that the EWS page opens. Click Settings->Security->Administrator Settings.
  9. Under Network settings, check if AirPrint has already been selected. If not, select it and click Apply. Reboot the printer and check if you can set up AirPrint.
