Designjet T525 24-in Printer Setup

 The HP Designjet T525 24-in printer is only for print operation. Perform the instructions given below to set up your HP Designjet T525 24-in printer.


First, open the printer package.

On top of the package, you can find the tray contents, screwdrivers, screws, plastic pieces, fabric baskets, and legs.

You can refer to the user manual for the pictorial representation for setting the printer stand.

Make sure to tighten all the screws. Check if all the four wheels are locked.

After setting up the printer stand, fix it into the printer.

Adjust the screws between the printer and the stand.

After that, roll the printer package aside and then lift in the upright direction.

Remove all the packing materials from the HP Designjet T525 24-in printer.

Place the multi-sheet tray into the printer.

After clearing all the packing materials, turn on your printer.

Set your language, place of residence, and other preferences as instructed on the screen.

Open the cartridge door, and unpack and install the ink cartridges into their respective slots.

Fill the tray with a stack of A4 paper.

Now, the HP Designjet T525 24-in printer will start to print the alignment sheet.

Once the printer prints the alignment sheet successfully, you can begin the software setup.

Use the Wired or Wireless Network Connection method to connect your HP printer to the system.

Install the HP Officejet T525 24-in printer driver on your system to finish the network connection setup.

If you wish to perform the print operation from your hand-held device, use HP Smart app.

Install the app on your mobile device and connect both the devices to the same wireless network.

After completing the setup, try a test print to check if the printer functions.
