Method 1: Fix The Connection Problem
If you have connected your Printer and the computer via a USB cable, unplug and re-plug the into the correct USB port.
If you have connected them wirelessly, check the Wi-Fi connection.
Ensure that you have connected to the correct wireless network.
If necessary, power cycle the router, computer, and printer.
If you are getting the ‘Printer status offline’ message, open the Control Panel app and click the Devices and Printers tab.
Under Devices, give a right-click on your printer’s icon and select the Properties option.
Click the Printer tab and uncheck the Use printer offline option.
Method 2: Remove & Reinstall Printer Driver
On your Windows 10 computer, click the Start menu and select Settings.
In the Settings window, click the Devices tab and select Printers & scanners.
Under Printers & scanners, select your printer and click Remove device.
Open the Settings app again by pressing the Windows + I shortcut keys.
Click the Devices tab and select Printers & scanners.
Click the Add a printer button and follow the on-screen prompts to reinstall your printer driver.
Once installed, try printing remotely from the computer.
