Install HP Envy Printer Driver In Chromebook
- For a Chromebook, you are not required to install printer driver on chromebook. Use HP Print for Chrome or Google Cloud print app.
- Registering the printer to a Google Cloud Print is a matter of switching on a few settings.
- In case the printer is linked to a system or a local wireless network, you need to access via Google Print.

- Sign in to the Google Account. Select the Menu button. Move to the Settings option.
- Choose Show Advanced Settings at the bottom of the screen. Select the Sign in to Google Print Account.
- This helps you connect to the Google Account and to the Google Print Service. Add your printer’s name by choosing Add Printer.
- Choose Manage your printers. You can view the printer’s name on the left. Choose the printer’s name to start a print job.
- In case your printer does not have a wireless connection, then use the HP Print for Chromebook app.
- Download the app and install HP Printer chromebook based on the on-screen prompts. Once installed, enable the app. Now, you can start printing.
