Google cloud print solution makes yet another printing technology possible. One can send a print command from any network device such as a mobile, tablet, laptop etc. You may print data either from your device storage area or print emails or webpage.
How do you find out if your printer is e-print capable: There should be an e-print logo on the printer control panel. A button or icon might be present in order to indicate the presence of e-print functionality.
How to register printer with Google cloud print:
Before you can start printing with Google cloud print, you need to register your printer with the phone or tablet.

1. Google cloud print registration for HP e-print.

Compatibility:

  • HP e-print enabled printer
  • A computer device running Linux, OS X v10.7 or later, or Windows XP or later.
  • Web browser – Google chrome
  • Gmail account
  • Printer connected to the internet.
  • Power on your printer.
  • Open the browser – chrome.
  • Go to menu bar.
  • Hover through the options to locate ‘settings’.
  • Scroll down and click the ‘advanced settings’.
  • Look for ‘Google Cloud Print’.
  • Click on ‘manage button’.
  • You’ll be taken to a new window where you’ll see printers that have been detected.
  • You’ll see an option called New Devices.
  • Under new devices click on ‘Register’ to confirm.
  • A confirmation page will confirm the registration.
  • But in case your printer is shown under the option ‘My Devices’ then your printer is already registered.
