HP AIR PRINT

Well you needn’t install drivers or softwares anymore as you can print your documents or images using AirPrint from your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod. Airprint is an Apple technology.

If your printer is Airprint-compatible:

  1. First you need to make sure your printer is an Airprint.
  2. Before you read any further ask yourself if you know the network name (SSID) and network password. Because you would need it later while you setup your printer. If you can’t remember what it is you can always reach the person who set the network for you.
  3. If you printer is an Airprint then you need to connect the printer to the network.
  4. Next you’re going to have to select the name of your network your printer will connect to, which is called your SSID. (When many devices are linked to each other they form a network and every network has a name called SSID, Service Set Identifier).
  5. It will ask for a password. Type in a password to protect confidentiality.
  6. Press OK. This will guarantee the connection.
  7. Now connect your Mac/ iPhone/ iPad/iPod to the same network.
  8. Go to the printer option in your apple device and search for your network name.
  9. Select your network.
  10. Tap on Print and print your document.
