How to Setup HP Envy 5542 Printer

  1. After getting the HP Envy 5542 printer from the manufacturer, check if the printer box is sealed properly.
  2. Open the box and ensure that the printer components are provided in it.
  3. Take the printer from the box. Remove the plastic cover from the printer.
  4. Keep the printer on a flat and dust free surface.
  5. Remove the packing tapes from the printer.
  6. Take the power cable provided in the printer box and unpack it.
  1. Connect the cable to the corresponding port of the printer and power supply. Turn on the HP Envy 5542 printer.
