HP Laserjet Pro MFP m479fdn Setup

Unbox the HP LJPRO M479FDN printer carton
Remove the wrappers over the HP Laserjet Pro M479FDN printer carton to open it.
Open the box and remove the printer from it.
Keep the HP Laserjet Pro M479FDN printer on a clean desk.
It is advised to place in the printer in an environment of temperature 15 - 30 degree Celcius.
Remove the packing components, tapes, and film from the printer

Load suitable sheets in the tray 2
Remove the tray 2 from the HP Laserjet Pro M479FDN printer by pulling it.
Slide the paper guides according to the size of the sheets you are going to load in the paper tray.
Take a stack of enough sheets and tap on a flat surface.
Keep the sheets in the tray.
Close the tray by pushing it towards the HP Laserjet Pro MFP m479fdn Setup.

Execute the power connection and turn on the printer
Unpack the AC power cord provided in the printer carton.
Attach one end of the cord to the power port of the HP Laserjet Pro M479FDN printer and the other end to a grounded electrical outlet directly.
Power up the HP Laserjet Pro printer by force pressing its power button.

Set your preferences on the HP Laserjet Pro M479FDN printer’s control panel
Configure the settings like the Language, Country/Region, Date/Time, and Self-Managed/IT-Managed on the control panel of the printer.
On the control panel of the HP Laserjet Pro M479FDN printer, tap the Setup icon.
Go to the Reports menu and tap Printer Configuration Report.

Launch the printer software
