How to Install HP Laserjet M507x Printer


  1. Read the guidelines of this topic to set up the hardware of the HP Laserjet M507X printer once you purchase it from the manufacturer’s store.
  2. Remove the "HP Laserjet M507X printer" from its box and keep it on a dust-free clean environment.
  3. The environment should be of "10 - 32 degree" Celcius.
  4. Find protective tapes and components on the printer & remove them.
  5. "Keep" the paper feeder on a flat surface and keep the printer on it.
  6. "Use" the lever on the printer to lock it.
  7. Press the top door release button on the left of the HP Laserjet M507X printer.
  8. "Raise" the access cover at the front of the machine.
  9. Take the "toner cartridge" and unpack it by tearing the plastic strip on it.
  10. Handle the cartridge by holding its ends and tremble it for 5 to 6 times.
  11. Fix the cartridge by aligning it into the respective slot of the HP Laserjet M507X Setup.
  12. Now close the access door at the front of the HP Laserjet printer.
  13. Open the Tray 2 of the printer. Slide the guides of the tray according to the size of the sheets you desire to use for printing.
  14. Keep a stack of sheets and close the paper tray.
  15. Attach the AC power cord to the printer & electrical outlet.
  16. Use the power button to turn on the HP Laserjet M507X printer.
  17. Set the settings like the language, date/time, and country to complete the initial setup of the HP Laserjet M507X printer.
