Samsung Xpress M2020 Not Printing

 

  1. Check if the toner cartridge of the Samsung Xpress M2020 printer is installed properly.
  2. Remove the cartridges from the printer to check for ink clog or damage on them.
  3. If the toner cartridges are not in good condition, replace them with a new set.
  4. If there are ink clogs on the cartridge, clean it using a lint-free cloth dipped in glass cleaner or distilled water.
  5. Examine the connection between your Samsung Xpress M2020 Setup printer and computer.
  6. Do not connect the power cable to the surge protector as it may cause power fluctuations.
  7. Delete the Samsung Xpress M2020 printer software on your computer.
  8. Download and install the recent version of the Samsung Xpress M2020 printer software on your computer.
