Printer Setup and Support

       If the status of the printer is Offline then, you cannot print. You can use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check the printer status. Go online and download the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. From the download location, locate the HPPSdr.exe file and run the same. The welcome screen of the application window will have a Start button, click on it and select your printer from the list. Click Retry, if you cannot find the printer on the list. Click Yes, when the screen prompts to turn the printer updates on. Make the  HP OfficeJet Pro 3610 printer  as the Default printer. Now, try printing with your device, check if the status of the printer is changed to Online.

  Your HP Officejet Pro 3610 Printer Setup might be offline due to a poor network connection. To bring your printer online, from the control panel of your computer, double-click Network settings and click the Printer option. Under Printer, check whether the printer status is set  Offline . In such a case, click the Printer Online status and see If the issue remains unresolved, then reset the printer’s power connection with it turned on and check if the printer turns to online. Place the router, computer, and the HP Officejet Pro 3610 printer nearby so that the frequency variations do not occur. Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool to fix any printing or networking problems with your printer automatically.
