Printer Setup and Support

   Press the Setup icon on the printer’s Home screen menu.   Choose Tools and click Restore Factory Default.   By doing the above steps, your printer settings go to the default one.   If you find that the HP Envy Photo 7855 Troubleshooting issue is with the hardware of the printer, then follow these steps.   Take the power cord out from the printer and the electrical wall outlet.   Do not perform any action with the printer for at least some time.   Probably after 60 seconds, connect the power cord to the printer and the wall outlet.   Try to perform any new task or continue with the previous job to check if the printer is printing.
