Fix Paper Jam Issue
123 hp printer support – One common issue that often occurs due to our negligence is the paper jam. The paper used must always meet the media specifications listed for your printer model. This issue can also be caused when a damaged or used paper is used for printing. This can be fixed by carefully removing the jammed sheet. Some basic troubleshooting steps have been listed to fix this issue. Remove all the sheets from the input and output tray. Turn off your printer, disconnect the USB cable from your printer and computer. Unplug the Power cord from the wall outlet. Open the rear access door. Check and remove any jammed sheet or paper debris. Close the rear access door. Turn on your printer. Make sure the carriage can move freely across the HP printer . Check the rollers and wipe it using a lint-free cloth and rubbing alcohol. Finally, load paper into the input tray and do not overfill the tray. Slide the paper width guide inward and try to print a sample document.
