Check if the manufacturer’s seal is present on the printer box. Open the box & check if the printer components are provided in it. Take the printer from the box and keep it on a flat and dust-free surface. Open the access door present at the top of the printer. Open the print head access cover. Unpack the print head cartridge provided in the printer package. Peel off the transparent sticker on the print head. Insert the print head cartridge in its place. Close the access doors. Open the cover of the ink tank. Pour ink into the tank. Close the door. Fill the other tanks in the same way as mentioned in the previous steps. Make sure that the ink tanks are loaded with corresponding ink colors. Unpack the power cord enclosed with the printer package. Connect the cable to the corresponding ports of the Canon Pixma g1200 Setup printer and a power supply directly. Power up the printer by force pressing its power button.
