Printer Setup and Support

   Check if the printer over a network and the wireless light is solid.   If it is unstable, then the printer is not connected over the system.   To enable it, go to Setup, Network and click Wireless Setup Wizard to form the wireless connection from the printer’s control panel.   Later, get the IP address of your HP Envy 7855 printer.   Key in the IP address on any of the browser that you have and go to the EWS page.   Update the IP address in the Network Tab and click on Apply the settings.   As the last step, try to install the printer on the network with the new IP address.   Check if your computer is not restarting and you can print.

  Power on the Envy 7855 printer if it is turned off. Disconnect the power cable of the printer when it turns on. Wait for a few minutes and connect the cable into the related ports of the printer and electrical outlet. Do not plug the cable into a surge protector for power supply as it produces power fluctuations. Now the printer turns on automatically. If the HP Envy 7855 Setup printer does not switch on, power it up by force pressing its power button.
