Check the connection between your HP OJPro6835 printer & computer. If you connect the devices using the wireless connections, ensure the printer and computer are connected to the same network of a router or access point. Also, check if the router provides an active internet connection. For connecting the devices using a wired connection, check if the USB cable is linked to the respective port of the printer and computer. Delete the printer software on your computer or laptop.
