Printer Setup and Support

Once you get the HP Officejet 2620 Setup printer from the manufacturer, check if it is sealed properly. Unseal the  printer box  & ensure the printer components are provided. Remove the protecting tapes and materials from the Officejet printer. Unpack the power cable provided in the HP Officejet printer package. Link the cable to the corresponding port of the printer and power supply. Power up the Officejet printer by force pressing its power button. Set the preferences on the control panel of the printer. Unpack the new ink cartridges provided in the printer package. Peel off the protective tapes on the cartridges. Open the access door of the printer. Insert the cartridges into the corresponding slots. Close the access doors. Load the input tray with suitable papers. Arrange the cartridges using an alignment sheet and complete the setup.
