  Your HP Officejet Pro 9015 Printer goes Offline due to an incorrect connection between your Printer and Computer. So, check the link between the devices. Ensure that the printer & computer are linked to the same network of a router or access point. Also, check if the router provides an active network connection. The power connection should not be executed using a surge protector as it may cause power fluctuations.

Click Yes if the tool prompts you to enable the printer updates. Make your HP Officejet Pro 9015 printer as the Default Printer. Check if the drivers are installed correctly. Try to reset your printer if you are still facing the issue.
