HP Officejet 3833 Copy Issue
Clean the scanner glass of the printer. Power off the HP Officejet 3833 printer if it is turned on previously. Take a cotton swab and dip in a bowl of distilled water or glass cleaner. Take out the swap and squeeze it. Wipe the scanner glass using the swab. Clean the ADF rollers in the same way as explained in the previous steps. Leave the scanner glass and ADF to dry. Power up the HP Officejet 3833 Setup printer by force pressing its power button. Reset the printer to its default configurations. Press Copy on the control panel. Ensure that the scanner bar is sliding properly. Check if the cartridges are inserted into the corresponding slots.
