Printer Setup and Support

  Step 1: Verify the connection between your printer and the system    If you use a USB cable for the connection, ensure that the USB cable is plugged properly and restart your printer.    If you use the network printer connection, reboot the printer and the router. Link the power cord and establish a new connection to your ISP. Reboot your system.    Select the Apple icon–> System Preferences–> Printer and Scanners, Print & Fax,  Print & Scan  . Choose your 123.hp.com/setup 4524 printer in the printers list and then click Open Print Queue. Step 2: Boot up the printer    Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet and rear of the printer. Halt for at least 60 seconds. Connect the power cord back into the wall outlet and rear of the printer.    Ensure that the power cord is connected properly.   The HP Envy 4524 printer offline issue occurs due to an improper link between your printer and computer. Check the connection between the devices. If you connect the devices using a wireless connection, ensure that the printer and computer are linked to the same network of a router or access point. For linking the printer and computer using a wired connection, check if the USB cable is attached to the respective port of the devices. Also, check the power connection of the  HP Envy 4524 printer . Do not connect the cable to the surge protector as it can cause power fluctuations.
