Samsung Xpress M2875FW Scanner Not Working
Ensure that you have placed the scanned document with its print side facing up on the scanner glass of the printer. Lower the scan resolution range and try to solve the issue. Ensure that the printer cables are connected to the corresponding ports. Open the scan software on your computer and select Scan Programs. Check the scan settings. Tap the Prescan option and solve the issue. If the scanner does not work yet, call our techies for more guidance.
