Step 1: Verify the connection between your printer and the system If you use a USB cable for the connection, ensure that the USB cable is plugged properly and restart your printer. If you use the network printer connection, reboot the printer and the router. Link the power cord and establish a new connection to your ISP. Reboot your system. Select the Apple icon–> System Preferences–> Printer and Scanners, Print & Fax, Print & Scan . Choose your 123.hp.com/setup 4524 printer in the printers list and then click Open Print Queue. Step 2: Boot up the printer Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet and rear of the printer. Halt for at least 60 seconds.
