After purchasing the printer, ensure the printer box is sealed properly. Unseal the printer box and ensure the printer components are provided in it. Remove the protective tapes and packing materials from the printer. Plug the power cable to the respective port of the printer and power supply. Power on the printer by force pressing its power button. Configure the settings on the control panel of the printer. Open the scanner lid and cartridge access door at the top of the printer. Take the new ink cartridges and unpack them. Remove the protective tapes on the cartridges. Open the cartridge latch in the printer. Insert the cartridges in the respective slots. Close the cartridge latch, access door, and scanner lid. Print an alignment sheet and arrange the cartridges. Install the printer driver on your computer and complete installing the HP Envy 120 Printer Setup .
