Samsung Proxpress M4530nx not Printing
- Verify if both the printer and computer are connected to the same network.
- When the printer prompts for the security password, ensure that you have entered the right one.
- Check whether the printer, router and the computer are placed near to each other so that they receive proper signal strength.
- Determine whether the printer’s IP address set is static.
- If the printer seems to be offline, do the following steps with the printer turned on.
- First, disable the SNMP feature on the Printer Properties tab.
- Go to your system's control panel, click Devices and Printers.
- Locate the printer that shows Offline, right-click on it and then click Printer Properties.
- Click the Ports tab, ensure that your printer port checkbox is enabled and then click on Configure port.
- If the SNMP Status Enabled checkbox is enabled on the Standard TCP/IP Port Monitor window, uncheck it and then click OK.
- Close the Printer Properties window and print a network configuration page to confirm that the printer is online.
- If nothing is helping you out, then reset the entire printing system and check if you can print.
