HP Officejet Pro 3610 Scan to Email

 

  1. Ensure that you have either a local email client or web-based email accounts to make the scan to email option work.
  2. Navigate to the Scan menu, choose your computer name and tap Email as PDF.
  3. In case your printer has a Scan to Email app in the Apps menu, then you can send emails directly from the printer using the printer’s email address.
  4. If the scan to email option is not available, then search Windows for HP and choose your printer.
  5. Click the Scan option followed by Scan a Document or Photo.
  6. When the HP Scan window opens, pick an email shortcut such as Document to Email or Email as JPEG and then click the Scan option.
  7. When the scan preview opens, click on Send.
